Parkview Neighbourhood Watch has as of today a Community Business Account and we are ready to receive funds from supporters who wish to help to reduce crime by sponsoring our voluntary community organisation.
Our Vice-chair Reg Tabard has received the Freedom of the City of London for his exceptional charity work for the Royal London Hospital Charity and he also sat on the Governors board of the Gatehouse School in Sewardstone Road. Apparently Reg received his Freedom at the same ceremony as Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, and says her signature spanned a whole page whilst he took up only one line.
We have received funding from the Home Office, the MPA and various business organisations in the past. We currently await further instructions from the Home Office on the future of policing and funding strategies for Neighbourhood Watches and resident led crimefighter organisations.
We also accept cheques and postal orders over the amount of £10 and urge businesses to sponsor events to further community relations with the police and reduce crime and antisocial behaviour.
Please send checks and postal orders to
