A women’s community safety event
Thursday 3rd February, 2011, 11am – 2pm
London Muslim Centre, 46- 92 Whitechapel Road, London E1
The event is designed to give women a voice and chance to express their key issues and concerns around Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime, and Domestic Abuse as well as address policing and community safety issues that directly impact women within Tower Hamlets.
The event will include workshops, information stalls, presentations and will be followed by a ‘Question & Answer’ session. In attendance will be the Mayor of Tower Hamlets Lutfur Rahman, Met. Police Borough Commander Paul Rickett, Senior Council Officers and various community leaders.
