I received a letter from democratic services a couple of days ago announcing that the Licensing Sub-Committtee will hear the issue on 8 October 2009.
This is a hotly discussed issue and many objections have been sent to the council and you can see those by clicking this link to the relevant agenda for the meeting. My objection for Parkview Neighbourhood Watch is on page 98 of the agenda. My objection is relatively short and relates mainly to the fact that Parkview was not consulted. Many other submissions have already been made about anti-social concerns by others. This issue is also part of the Parkview Neighbourhood Watch agenda for the meeting on 6 October 2009 in Mayfield House, at 7:30 pm.
I shall attend as Secretary of Neighbourhood Watch and report ASAP about the outcome here.
